Key Point
All your data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or have access to your personal information.
What Data the App Creates
While using the app, the following data is saved on your device:
- Thought diary entries (situations, emotions, thoughts, evidence, alternative thoughts)
- Mood check-ins (mood, anxiety, and energy levels, notes)
- App settings (theme, language, reminder times)
Data Storage
All data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData (CoreData). No data is sent to any servers or synced with cloud storage.
Third-Party Sharing
The app does not share any data with third parties. We do not use analytics, advertising networks, or trackers.
Notifications
The app may send local reminder notifications if you enable this feature. Notifications are created on-device and do not require a server.
Security
The app supports Face ID / Touch ID protection. This feature uses iOS built-in security and does not store biometric data.
Data Export
You can export your entries to PDF. The exported file is created locally on your device. Where you send it is your choice.
Data Deletion
You can delete all data in the app settings or by deleting the app from your device. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
GDPR and CCPA
The app does not collect or process personal data as defined by GDPR (EU General Data Protection Regulation) or CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act).
All data is created and stored exclusively on your device. We have no access to it, do not transmit it, and do not sell it. We have no servers, databases, or analytics systems that process user data.
You can delete all data at any time through the app settings or by deleting the app.
Children
The app is not intended for children under 12. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Medical Disclaimer
Mezame is not a medical device, does not provide diagnoses, and is not a substitute for working with a therapist. The app is a self-help tool based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

App Description
Mezame is a self-help tool based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) methods. The app allows you to keep a structured thought diary, track your mood, and learn about cognitive distortions.
Not a Medical Product
Mezame is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, does not diagnose conditions, and does not prescribe treatment. The app is not a substitute for consultation with a psychologist, psychotherapist, or psychiatrist.
If you are in a crisis or experiencing thoughts of self-harm, please contact a mental health professional or call a crisis helpline.
Your Data
You are solely responsible for the content of your entries. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to it and cannot recover it if lost.
We recommend regularly backing up your device via iCloud or iTunes.
Intellectual Property
The design, code, text, and content of the app are the intellectual property of the developer. Copying, modifying, or distributing elements of the app without the copyright holder's consent is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." The developer does not guarantee that the app will function without errors or interruptions.
The developer is not liable for:
- Data loss for any reason
- Decisions made based on the use of the app
- Any damage related to the use or inability to use the app
Age Restrictions
The app is intended for users aged 12 and older. Use by persons under 12 is only permitted under the supervision of parents or legal guardians.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, and if not possible, through the courts.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. By continuing to use the app after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.
